Surface-correct method
We take commercial and landlord work — at the same standard as the domestic jobs.
EasyClean Exteriors is a small family-run team, and that is the point: you deal with Edward directly, the same people turn up each visit, and the quote you agreed is the price you pay.
We work for business premises, managing agents, letting agents and private landlords across Hampshire and West Sussex — shop and office frontages, car parks and forecourts, communal paths and bin stores, blocks of flats, holiday lets, pubs and cafés, and end-of-tenancy exterior clean-ups.
Every service we offer domestically is available commercially: driveway and forecourt cleaning, patio and paving, soft-wash roof and render, cladding, gutter clearance and fascia and soffit cleaning. The method is chosen for the substrate, exactly as it would be on a house.
Work is scheduled around your operation. Retail and hospitality frontages are usually cleaned before opening; car parks and communal areas can be split into zones so access is never fully lost. We carry public liability insurance up to £5 million, and documentation can be sent to you or your managing agent before we start.

What a tired exterior costs a business or a landlord.
Commercial exteriors are judged in seconds — by customers, by tenants and by anyone valuing the property. They also carry duties a domestic driveway doesn't.
Slip risk on public-access surfaces
Algae on a forecourt, a communal path or a set of steps is a genuine hazard on any surface the public or tenants use. Documented cleaning is part of managing that risk sensibly.
Tenants and customers judge the frontage
A stained forecourt and streaked cladding reads as a business or a landlord that has stopped paying attention. It affects lettings, footfall and the rent achievable.
Deferred maintenance becomes capital cost
Blocked gutters on a commercial roof push water into the fabric; unmaintained paving shifts and has to be relaid. Both cost multiples of the cleaning that would have prevented them.
A clear, methodical system — built around your time and your property.
Inspection
We assess the surface, age, material and condition on site or from your photos — and quote in writing.
Preparation
Plants, drains and fragile fixtures are covered. Loose debris is cleared before cleaning begins.
Treatment
The correct chemistry and pressure for the surface — biocides, detergents or pure cleaning where appropriate.
Verification
A controlled rinse, inspection in natural light, and a walk-around with you to check every metre.
Completion
Site left spotless. Aftercare advice and a clear written invoice.
The benefits you'll actually notice — and the ones that pay for themselves.
Scheduled around your hours
Early starts, quieter weekdays or zoned working so trading and access continue while we're on site.
Insurance documentation on request
Public liability insurance up to £5 million, with evidence supplied to you, your managing agent or your insurer before work starts.
Fixed written pricing
A written quote per site or per visit — no day-rate creep and no variations invoiced after the fact.
Photographic completion evidence
Before-and-after photographs of the actual site, which is what agents and absent landlords actually need.
One contractor for the whole exterior
Paving, render, cladding, roof and gutters handled by the same team on the same visit rather than three separate trades.
Repeat and seasonal visits
Where a site needs regular attention, we'll agree a sensible interval and quote it in writing — no contract lock-in.
How commercial and landlord work is run.
The cleaning itself is the same craft as domestic work. What changes is access, scheduling, evidence and who receives the paperwork.
Car parks, forecourts and service yards
Large paved areas are cleaned in zones with cones and signage so part of the area stays usable throughout. Enclosed rotary surface cleaners keep water and grit contained rather than spraying across parked vehicles and shopfronts. Oil and diesel staining is spot-treated with a surface-appropriate degreaser, and joints are re-sanded where the paving needs it.
Frontages, cladding and render
Shop and office frontages, uPVC and composite cladding, signage surrounds and rendered elevations are soft-washed at low pressure with chemistry matched to the finish. Frontage work is normally done before opening so there is no disruption to customers or staff.
Blocks of flats and communal areas
Communal paths, steps, courtyards, bin stores and shared parking are cleaned with slip risk as the priority. Residents are given clear notice of working areas, wet surfaces are signed, and the managing agent receives before-and-after photographs for the maintenance record.
Landlords, holiday lets and end-of-tenancy
For rental property we work to turnaround dates: driveway, patio, gutters, fascia and render brought back between tenancies or before marketing photographs. Quotes and invoices can be addressed to the landlord, the agent or the management company, and payment is by bank transfer.
