Terms & Conditions

These terms govern services provided by EasyClean Exteriors (Company No. 17057945), 34 Redwood Grove, Havant, PO9 5TN ("we", "us"). By accepting a written quote or booking a service, you ("the customer") agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are provided in writing and are fixed for the scope described. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based on the information and photos supplied. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described, we'll discuss any price change with you before proceeding — work will never be invoiced beyond the quote without your written agreement.

2. Booking and access

A booking is confirmed when you accept the written quote. You agree to provide safe access to the site, an outdoor water supply (where required), and to move vehicles or fragile items from the work area before our arrival.

3. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late-payment interest may apply on any invoice remaining unpaid more than 14 days after the due date.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows on attendance are subject to a £50 fee to cover travel and time.

5. Workmanship and limitations

We carry out work to professional standards using methods appropriate for the surface. Some pre-existing conditions — including deep oil staining, cement-bound efflorescence, picture-framing on imprinted concrete, and old paint splashes — may not fully respond to cleaning. We'll flag any such limitations before starting.

6. Roof cleaning guarantee

Soft-wash roof cleans carry a 12-month guarantee against the return of moss, algae or lichen on the cleaned area. The guarantee applies to roof cleaning only and does not extend to our other services.

7. Insurance and liability

EasyClean Exteriors holds public liability insurance up to £5 million. We accept liability for damage directly and demonstrably caused by our negligence. We're not liable for pre-existing defects (e.g. unsealed window frames, failed mortar, cracked tiles) that may be revealed or affected by cleaning. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of the service invoice in question.

8. Photographs

We may take before-and-after photos for quality records and, occasionally, for use on our website and social media. No identifying details (address, registration plates, people) will be shown without permission. Please let us know in writing if you'd prefer we don't.

9. Concerns

If you're not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please contact us promptly so we can inspect and address any genuine workmanship issues.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
